[Gllug] Dutch parliament mandates open source

"The Dutch parliament has approved a plan that will mandate the use of 
open standards and open source within government organisations. An "open 
source police" and an open source hotline will enforce compliance with 
the new rules."[1]

Though from reading the article, it seems to be more about ODF and 
standards, the open source stuff seems to have already been a 
requirement for government projects.  What do you think are the chances 
of the UK government introducing similar legislation?
