Sadly not - xfs_growfs works a treat, but shrinking is a no-go. If you
can live (temporarily) without the partition, it's easy enough to
xfsdump it, trash the filesystem, shrink the LV, and then xfsrestore to
a new filesystem, though. There's  wishlist bug for the feature here:-

As far as I can tell, beyond a brief discussion on the list, no work has
been done on adding the feature.
