1) Buy one : http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/usb.html , www.pendrive.com

2) http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/liveusb.xml et al, try googling for 'linux 
bootable USB HOWTO '

3) Run DSL from CD & type this at a (root I would imagine) prompt:

	rxvt -rv -T "DSL USB Pendrive Installation" -e /usr/sbin/dsl-usbinstall

NOTE: I found this & haven't tried it yet! But I shall, soon...

Sorry about the delay, I've had 2 network cards & a router die on me this 
week!!
