Well my 2p

I thought the mail was very polite and helpful and as I have actually
dealt with this agency before (on the recruiting side) I can say that
they seem very good.

I say lets encourage the decent ones out there - after all they are
swimming in a sea of sharks (anyone mention Huxley?...Madison
Black?!?!)
