Fedora Core incudes all the core KDE libraries already. There's an
even larger number of KDE related apps in Fedora Extras & a number
of pretty active people in the Fedora community who are maintaining
KDE related stuff. In Fedora 7 there's discussions about providing
both KDE & GNOME based Fedora Desktop spins.

A large proportion of the RPMs they are providing appear to be in 
Fedora Core / Extras 6 already...
