Position: Technical Assistant

 

The role involves assisting with the running and maintenance of the
studios as well as 

aiding the hardware division with installs and setup for clients.

 

Essential Requirements:

 

-        Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

-        Proficiency in installing and upgrading workstations and
servers. 

-        Ability to learn quickly is essential.

-        Excellent communication and team working skills.

-        Accuracy and attention to detail.

-        Capacity to manage a busy workload with high productivity.

 

Desirable Requirements:

 

-        Previous administration experience in Windows and/or Linux.

-        Knowledge and understanding of networks and network management

-        Experience in SMTP-based e-mail systems and sendmail

-        Understanding of DNS, DHCP and Samba Domain Controllers.
