[Gllug] Maybe a BBC iPlayer for Linux after all

The opensource video codec that the BBC have produced is called "dirac" but
of course someone needs to adopt and use it if it's to become popular -
which even they haven't done yet... they're still using crummy .rm streams
as we all know
