So the Bundestag are moving from DOS to Windows. And this is relevant to
a Linux list how?

I mean, this is the *Bundestag*. You can't expect them to migrate to
something until half the Länder have tried it in the same capacity, and
even then they'll tread carefully (and rightly so).

They probably still do. Among other things, I know a *lot* of sites
using Linux boxes running SpamAssassin as antispam relays in front of
Exchange.

I hate Exchange and Outlook with a violent passion, but this decision
really isn't all that irrational.
