Hey Alan

Don't shoot the messenger, as far as I know the list of Lug's is taken 
from here: http://lug.org.uk/lugs/all.php so its their error not mine.

As I say is pretty raw and needs cleaning up would you like to help?

The reason it throws out those lines of errors is because most of the 
Lug's in the lugs.csv file do not have the Long/Lat info yet I'm 
manually inputting them now from these people: http://www.npemap.org.uk 
however that is pretty hit & miss too as I don't have exact postcodes 
for each and every Lug so I have to make an educated guess eg the 
nearest train station.
