Yes, I realise theres not going to be one registered in the street next door I 
was thinking along the lines of inputting lets say WS11 (which is Walsall 
area) and that would return Wolves-Lug And maybe one or two others.

Yes it does help in respect  of thinking it out, even though it sounds very 
low level in the grand scheme of things I'm really surprised nobody seems to 
have done it before. I've seen and used scripts for producing 'who posted the 
most' 'What subject' 'Email Client used' ect so I would have thought the 
clever people who wrote those type of perl scripts would have given 
the "Whats my nearest lug?" a go.
