[Gllug] Server hosting in South East Asia

I have a need to host in server in South East Asia. I'm looking for
something in the Philippines / Malaysia / Singapore area, or somewhere
topologically close. Maybe Hong Kong, and from looking at maps of
underwater fibre in the area, Western Australia might be a feasible
option, too.

Bonus points will be given to companies that we can communicate with
in English, and obviously those that offer a remote hands facility :-)

Anyone with any experience out there that could recommend a reputable
company? Richard? The server will be handling a fair amount of high
value data, so reliable and trustworthy are more important than cheap
here (although naturally cheap would be nice too!)
