[Gllug] Question re Linux compatibility of certain laptops

Whoever told you that linux requires a dual-core processor is talking
absolute rubbish !

We have linux running on several old processors - are more 'antique'
than the processor in a thinkpad.


I am sure there are others on this list that you can give you guidance as to
laptops that are known to work well with Linux.
