I was talking about public facing IPs -- i.e., those supplied by your
ISP for your ADSL line. If you can get two ADSL lines with the same
public IP, then I'm impressed. I suppose it's possible that you could
have a PI address range and a helpful ISP (or two) that would route to
it properly. But I'd say that's probably unlikely.
