[Gllug] Tiscali broadband

One of my customers is with Tiscali, they have just upgraded to have a fixed IP address.

I have been speaking to one of their Indian morons who tells me that they cannot
set the reverse IP address. I asked to speak to a manager ''who was not at his desk
and would call me back''.

Are they really this crap that they can't/won't set the reverse IP address ?
Someone please tell me that the Indian bloke got it wrong.
