To both John and Jason, I've probably been brainwashed by both the 
government and the corporations into believing both of the above. The 
lack of information available easily from both entities doesn't help my 
ability to research similar situations either.
Apparently, the consistent pushing of corporations for us to "click here 
and let us own your soul" and the governments "If it moves, tax it. If 
it doesn't move, kick it and tax it" has rubbed off on me, I shall 
attempt to do better in the future.
