[Gllug] Killing network connections

I have a distinct memory of someone (Ingo?) posting a patch to do this
five years or so ago, but I can't remember if it was ever committed. I
can't find anything in userspace that will do it (but I only looked for
five minutes).

Anyone remember anything about this patch?
