[Gllug] Uh oh, ministers consider "anti file-sharing laws"

My understanding is that restrictive conditions of sale are acceptable
providing that they are
a) not totally unreasonable
and
b) are clearly available to the purchaser and thus accepted by him/her
BEFORE the purchase is made

I believe that with shink-wrap software you shuld be able to demand your money
back if presented with unacceptable terms after the sale has been made (?)

Of course I could be totally wrong :-)
