[Gllug] Crashing server diagnostics

I have a Centos / Trixbox server that crashes randomly.  Times it 
crashes include copying large files to it via SCP, shutting down, etc.  
I am looking for help in trying to figure out what could be causing it.  
I have two suspicions.  Either the power supply or the modem (el cheapo 
X101 clone).

Any suggestions on tracking this down?
