Yes, essentially. I was running Windows 3.1 and then 3.11 on top of it. I 
think DRDos ended with version 6, when they sold it to Novell, which produced 
version 7, sold it to Caldera, who then released it as open source 7.01 and 
subsequently resold the rights. There are later versions, apparently.
