On a related topic, does anyone know of any registrars doing IPv6 glue?

A couple of weeks ago, I decided to register an IPv6 nameserver so I
could play around with going IPv6 only (well sortof.. I'm using 6to4
[3]).

I have accounts at a few different registrars but none of them seemed
to allow entering an IPv6 address even although the verisign EPP
system does. In the end I asked my friend who works at a registrar to
hack my request into their system which he did by injecting commands
into the verisign epp using a one-off perlscript :^)

I had a look and there's currently only 24[1] AAAA glue's in the .com
zone. There's a few more in .net[2], but really I'm a bit disappointed
by it and I suspect it is mostly because the registrars do not seem to
support it yet.

Also, does anyone know what the situation with .uk is? I'm afraid I
let my nominet membership lapse. Does the automaton support AAAA glue
yet?

Rob.
