Hi,

I have a battery charger that has a USB connector on it.

It registers as :

[444347.565412] usb 1-6: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 8
[444347.648502] usb 1-6: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
[444348.091331] cp2101 1-6:1.0: cp2101 converter detected
[444348.162044] usb 1-6: reset full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 8
[444347.801625] usb 1-6: cp2101 converter now attached to ttyUSB0

And cp2101 is a serial to usb convertor.

I want to read traffic from this, what is the best way forward ?

Will minicom to /dev/ttyUSB0 work ?

Regards

Budgester
