As a customer on their Pro package, I get a 24mbps (though I only achieve
about 8 or 9 as i'm a good distance from the exchange and in a top floor
flat so there is a lot of interference on the line). There is a bit of
fire-walling by default but they will turn this off for you if you ask. I
think its just port 25. I have no problems running a variety of servers.

My only gripe would be that you can only get a static IP on the 24meg
package, if you downgrade in speed you also lose the static IP. This is why
I have kept on the 24meg package despite them telling me I can downgrade to
the 8meg one with no financial penalty due to not being able to achieve the
24meg.

All their communications are friendly and their staff have always been
helpful, a foreign call center but unlike other foreign call centers the
people I have spoken to there have always been easy and clear to converse
with.
