Changes in this release

- Improved multi-head support.

- Allow stretching of fullscreen playback across multiple monitors.

- Fix dataloss bug in frame calculator (regression).

- Allow setting of width, height and fps at encode time.

- Add more OMC commands.

- Silence debugging output from dv_decoder.

- Updated Portuguese translation (thanks piksel !)


Release notes
-------------
This version is mainly intended for those users with multiple monitor
setups. If you have such a setup please test this version and report any
glitches on the mailing list.
