[Gllug] Problem with VSFTP

Um. I mean you need to use PASV as a client command. Do you understand
how active mode ftp vs passive mode ftp works?

Essentially FTP uses two ports - a control connection and a data
connection. Classically your client makes the control connection and
the server makes the data connection back to you. In the case where
your client is firewalled that generally doesn't work, though, so
passive mode exists as a way for the client to initiate the ftp-data
connection and to inform the server of the port.
