It worked fine for me a couple of weeks ago - Firefox 2.0.0.11 I 
believe.  After letting me choose a convenient time for the appointment 
and sending me a letter to confirm they then sent me another letter to 
cancel the appointment.  Then a further letter confirming another 
appointment with a different specialist, at a distinctly less convenient 
time of day, with no option to choose anything.  Then last week I got 
another letter which was worried because I'd not booked my appointment 
through choose & book despite having the password for four weeks.  I'm 
wondering if it's going to be worth responding.

Also I'm not sure why I had to give them an email address if all they're 
going to do is post me stuff.  If they can't even manage email 
communication, isn't online appointment bookings a step too far?
