The error message is a giveaway, it's from one of the Windows NT family. 
So the board is probably a standard-ish PC designed to run NT, W2K or 
XP. The processor is likely to be one of the VIA chips running at 500MHz 
to 1GHz. If the board isn't an ATX format it might be an ITX type.
