[Gllug] Unusual motherboard

Hello,
   I have been given a secondhand box with a small VIA-C3-1500 motherboard
carrying a very small hard-mounted processor that could be an ARM chip. The
only thing I have discovered is that it is probably designed as a dedicated
POS box. There are two CD drives and a hard disc but it displays "Mercury"
then boots with an error message "missing NTLDR". Any ideas please?
