[Gllug] High volume SMTP service providers

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody can recommend a service provider for a
reasonable volume of of SMTP traffic, i.e. tens of thousands to a
hundred or so thousands of mails a month (I haven't checked the actual
numbers, but it's enough to be a nuisence and setting up a dedicated
smtp server would be an expensive pain).
