I am not sure what sort of a personal issue you seem to have, but going 
around spamming all the LUG lists around the world is considered to be 
the act of an idiot by most people.

Also, there is no truth in your article. There has been no loss of any 
data afaik - and I have spoken to some reliable sources within the OLPC 
setup who all confirm the same thing.
