[Gllug] Graphics cards/chips detailed specs - where are they?

http://www.phoronix.com has good reviews and a forum for hardware on Linux
This sounds like a similar issue though .. since you're graphics
adapter supports up to 75Hz I'd be very surprised if you can't lower
it to match your monitor.
