I suspect these are dark secrets of the commuter ;) (or frequent
traveller, anyway, so London residents probably count too).

I must walk faster than you (but then I walk faster than 99% of the
people I pass on the street --- er, actually, if I pass them I must be
walking faster than them. You know what I mean.)

The old ticket machines required me to slow down. The new ones require a
dead stop :/

Also with e.g. my rail season ticket. Two scans per day, 200+ days...
