[Gllug] [OT] Purchase computer without OS

Hello all,
Does anyone have any advice wrt buying a machine sans OS? The only
ones appear to be specialist dealers whose prices have a faint whiff
of the ridiculous, and Novatech, whose machines are perfectly
serviceable, but tend to be cobbled together with the cheapest cases
(in my price range, hardly surprising!) and very noisy. Thanks.
