[Gllug] Oyster cards vulnerable?

It would reduce back-off delays from the reader only getting a partial
match because the card is being gingerly hovered near it. I'm not saying
they do back-off in such a situation, because I have no knowledge of the
guts of Oyster readers, but it seems like a reasonable possibility.
