Yes, I did.

The problem - as far as I can tell - was caused by knight also having an 
implicit route to the same set of addresses down the 6in4 tunnel.  At 
times it was getting confused about which to use.  I sub-netted the 
address range for the tunnel and that seems to have cured the problem.
