[Gllug] Err, if parted fails to resize an XP partition, can one do it within XP with some system tool?]

IIRC the recent discussion were about Vista but the problem maybe 
similar. M$ likes to scatter gun files all over the disk, some of which 
are not movable such as the swap file. You may have more joy disabling 
the swap in xp and defragging the disk before your next attempt at 
shrinking using qparted.
