[Gllug] SMS provider for smssend with use for Nagios

We use http://www.sign-up.to/ with our Nagios setup, I have a small perl
script
that submits HTTP requests to send the messages, you get a message tracking
number in the reply and can later verify if the message was successfully
delivered.
Works very well for us. Haven't had any issues in the last 12 months or so,
had one or two minor outages before that.
Pre-pay pay-as-you-go and fairly cheap.
