[Gllug] Getting a second NIC up

If this is not a hardware or cable problem,
can you say which driver this adapter needs?
Then do a 'modinfo <drivername>'  to see if it has any extra parameters you
might need
to give it.
What does 'ethtool eth1' return?

Also use the source - find the source of the driver and look to see what
might cause that DSPCFG message.
