[Gllug] LVM and RAID reshuffling advice

I would be AMAZED if the OS allowed you to create RAID5 with2 disks - that would
seem to be a physical impossibility given the striping/parity method used.

Software RAID5 will, I believe, be quite CPU intensive compared with simple
disc-mirroring,  as parity has to be calculated in addition to writing extra
data to disc.
