Yes we are just serving web pages generated by IIS and asp pages.  
Nothing clever like video.  It will just be on port 443.
The access controls will I presume be in the proxy.  Authentication will 
be performed by IIS I just need to front IIS.  The server
would be accessable to the whole internet.  What other access controls 
are you thinking of?
