[Gllug] RHEL4 Firefox Upgrade

Dear John,

Thank you for taking an interest.  I ran it under strace but
couldn't see anything untoward in the output.  At least to
my untrained eyes.

The intersting thing is that it runs okay if I'm logged in
as root.
