[Gllug] C-s not working in readline

It is an XON issue.  "stty -ixon" would fix the problem for any one
terminal.

I step around this problem by spurning Emacs-style keypresses in
anything that uses readline (bash, the mysql and postgresql clients
etc.).  Just put "set edting-mode vi" into ~/.inputrc and you get vi
keypresses.

Wish I could find an irc client that used readline...
