[Gllug] dns requests to djbdns time out

I'd check that something hasn't been missed in the network settings 
during the upgrade. Run "tcpdump -w" on the virtual server when querying 
locally and again remotely. Compare the two with wireshark. I'd be 
suspicious of a routing / firewall issue.
