Yes I am still around.

I was off on holiday with my kids last week hence the delay in replying
to this.

The changes in the ADSL products should not come as a surprise to
anyone. I emailed all customers twice at the beginning of last month
about this and I have sent numerous emails to the UKFSN mailing list
about it. Enta also sent an email notification of the change at the
beginning of last month to every customer.

The price change should be very small and should actually be a price
reduction for home customers with a very small increase for business
customers.
