In my experience, only the M&S ones have this option. And it's the  
missing feature in every other shop. I bet it drives the staff mad.

If you want to retain your sanity, don't. However new and shiny and  
TECHNOLOGY!! they may appear, just give them a wide berth unless the  
queue is seriously bad. With the exception of the M&S ones.
