At work we use NetApp that supports just over 100TB on a mixture of FC
and SATA disks.
Linux works perfectly with it over NFS, although we prefer to use iSCSI
in most cases. It also works with CIFS if that if preferable for any
reason.
Not cheap, but I can recommend the support and it has the scalability
you are talking about.
