[Gllug] Ubuntu mirror is slow

I know that I could google. But I am crying to LUG or LUG's that UK
default mirror is very slow. Yes I could google for the best mirror .
What about the average computer newbie ( who normally chooses ubuntu )
? You expect him to google???

Anyways thanks for kent suggestion I am getting 600 kbps . :)
