Hello,
   BBC TV "click" is about e-security and covert surveillance this weekend.
It seems that the UK government does have a couple of teams, claimed to be
20 persons in each, involved in investigating cyber attacks. It was also
claimed that they are investigating about 40,000 suspects in China alone.
