In /proc (ignoring the numbered folders) I get the following:
- -acpi
- -asound
- -buddyinfo
- -bus
- -cgroups
- -crypto
- -diskstats
- -dma
- -dri
- -driver
- -execdomains
- -fb
- -ide
- -interrupts
- -iomem
- -ioports
- -irq
- -kallsyms
- -kcore
- -key-users
- -kpagecount
- -kpageflags
- -misc
- -mtrr
- -pagetypeinfo
- -partitions
- -sched_debug
- -slabinfo
- -sysrq-trigger
- -timer_list
- -timer_stats
- -tty
+user_beancounters //Should only be there on my mailserver because
//it's an OpenVZ VPS which needs this
- -vmallocinfo
- -zoneinfo
+vz //Should only be there on my mailserver because
//it's an OpenVZ VPS which needs this

/sys turns up this:

- -block
- -bus
- -class
- -dev
+cmdline
+cpuinfo
- -firmware
+filesystems
- -kernel
- -module
- -power
+kmsg
+loadavg
+locks
+meminfo
+modules
+mounts
+net
+self
+stat
+swaps
+sys
+sysvipc
+uptime
+user_beancounters
+version
+vmstat
+vz //I assume this is because of OpenVZ again
+class

Thinking about it I know that /dev should be alright, because when I
first installed Debian on my local machine I created /dev/whatever by
running 'MAKEDEV generic'.

Can anyone see anything vital missing?
