You really have 2 options here.
1. Bonded ADSL
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Channel_bonding
http://www.managedcomms.co.uk/services/bonded-adsl
2. Load Balance across separate lines.
Assuming most of your data is outbound, a decent router should be able
to handle multiple DSL lines and load balance between them.
