The first thing to find out is if your vendor has there own equipement at
the exchange or they use the BT stuff. The cheap figure O2 quote is ONLY
available when O2 have their own equipement at the exchange, if they use the
BT stuff its double the price of the cheapest offering.

My Aunt just had this experience with O2, I did find O2 very help and there
systems worked well and the magic bullet setup disk was perfect for windows!
It was fine for what she needed, the router however is utter rubbish,
its locked down so you cannot change the SID, Encryption (WEP!!!) or the
password, which is machine generated as there setup disk can work it out
from the base station.
